Marcella Koffler, Board member
Marcella Koffler is an accomplished art director with a broad background in advertising, marketing, and promotions. After graduating from the University of Michigan she made a beeline to NYC. She began her career at Condé Nast Publications Inc, where she worked for several magazines including SELF Magazine and Bon Appétit Magazine. Over the last few years she has expanded her talents to include web design.
Marcella is one of the original Trainor Dance Board members. She donates her time and talent to create marketing and promotional materials such as invites, postcards, and program guides for the company. She feels honored and proud to be a Trainor Dance board member.
Marcella has 3 kids who love to clean their rooms and do their homework! In her free time Marcella enjoys gardening, yoga, being a dance mom to her youngest son who dances at the ABT/JKO school, and dragging her family to museums. mkdny.com
Pam Shassian, Board Member
Pamela H. Shassian spent several years in Private Banking at JP Morgan in NYC, then moved on to volunteer work with The Westchester Lighthouse while raising her two sons, and currently is in her 19th year teaching in a private pre-school. Other interests include golf, yoga, tennis, and agility dog training. Pam was introduced to modern dance 9 years ago while a student in Caitlin’s yoga class, and has since become a passionate Trainor Dance enthusiast. She is thrilled to be a supporter and Board Member of this exciting dance company!
Madeline Molnar, Board Member, Director of Finance
Madeline Lilith Molnar grew up in Bekescsaba, Hungary and is the Director of Finance for Trainor Dance. She earned her B.A. in Financial Economics from Columbia University and currently specializes in financial accounting for nonprofit organizations. Prior to joining the team of Trainor Dance, Madeline gained her financial expertise in both the private and public sectors.
Madeline has a thirst for knowledge, a passion for learning and a tremendous drive to accomplish anything she sets her mind to. She has a deep interest in economics, finance and mathematics, and her long term goal is to obtain a master’s in management or MBA.
In addition to organizing and supervising Trainor Dance’s finances, Madeline is also the founder of Molnar International Corporation and enjoys the challenge of finding new profitable entrepreneur and investment opportunities.
When not caught up in untangling the secrets of financial world, Madeline loves to travel and to play classical music.
Sarah Crosswell, JUnior Board member, Social Media & Communications Director
Sarah Crosswell currently works at an Intellectual Property law firm by day, but moonlights as a member of the Trainor Dance Junior Board and as the Social Media & Communications Director. While she herself does not thrive at/partake in either social media or communicating, she prides herself on the support she can provide to the development of new art in NYC. A graduate of Columbia University, Sarah met Caitlin in a beginner-level Modern dance class, which she then proceeded to repeat for three additional semesters. Sarah was fortunate enough to see the posting for a new member of the Trainor Dance team and she jumped at the opportunity to get on board!
Hana Goldstone, Junior Board Member
Hana Goldstone was born and raised in Southern California. She moved to New York City to attend Columbia University and has lived there ever since. Hana double majored in sociology and dance in college, where she was fortunate to get the opportunity to perform works by Andrea Miller, Reggie Wilson, Susan Rethorst, and Jenna Riegel. Hana met Caitlin in the Barnard Dance Department.
In addition to her work with Trainor Dance, Hana is also an academic tutor and a dance performer. She is currently dances with Zullo/Raw Movement.
