A PROGRAM OF TRAINOR DANCE

Two premières plus return of complex and haunting 2015 sextet (in)visible (2015),

with musical options for the audience via SmartPhone

All choreography by Caitlin Trainor.

Score for a new large group work, focusing on geometric floor patterns, by Robert Boston.

Caitlin Trainor and Kaitlyn Gilliland (on a break from her home company, the L.A. Dance Project) will perform Trainor's austerely structured third pas de deux for them, this time displaying the pair in near-total synchrony.

The public is invited to these June performances of Trainor's new and recent dances, all intensely patterned and step-driven and featuring the choreographer's adventuresome production concepts, her skill in designing movement for large groups, her delight in choreographic puzzles, and her characteristically muscular and flowing dance portraits of her polished company.

Tickets, available in advance through Ticketfly, will cost $20 in advance and $25 at the door.
